ParentPay

 

ParentPay can be accessed online (www.parentpay.com) by clicking the icon above.

With ParentPay’s online payment management system, our school can collect all types of payments online.   This includes payments for fundraising, equipment, clubs, trips, school meals and much more.  Thanks to the flexible, parent-friendly payment options, ParentPay can accept cashless payments by card, bank transfer and paypoint.

ParentPay allows the school to be a cashless site.  Payments for clubs, trips and equipment can be made at home while school meals are paid for using thumb or finger print identification.  A consent to cashless biometrics form is sent out with student enrolment details but a new copy can be requested at any time from the school office.  Student Services are then able to register a student’s thumb or finger print to be used with the system.  Students without a biometrics consent can look up their account to pay for school meals but this takes slightly longer.

If you need any support logging onto ParentPay or adding a new child to ParentPay, please follow the instructions below.  If these do not help, or if you require consent to cashless biometrics form, please contact the school office where they will be pleased to assist you.

Registering to use ParentPay

ParentPay can be accessed via the website from any PC, laptop or handheld device.  Before logging on to the website you will need to have an activation letter from the school office.  These are sent to all parents when your child enrols at the school but can also be requested at any time by contacting the school office.

If you wish to add another child to an existing account, please log in first and click on the “Add a child” icon before using the details on your activation letter.

If you have forgotten your password, please use the “Forgotten your password?” link on the login page.

To create a ParentPay account:

  • Go to www.parentpay.com
  • Click School Login at the top right of the screen
  • Enter the username and password provided on your activation letter
  • Follow the instructions on the screen to verify your identity and set up your account
  • Your email address will become your new username
