Singer-songwriter and spoken word poet, Steve Larkin, will guide participants through an Arts Award Bronze course which examines how diverse successful musical artists create songs with practical advice on lyrics, music, vocal coaching, and production.
Whatever music the young person attending is interested in, this course will aim to uncover the formulas that help them create the music they love.
The Tune Factory project starts during the May half-term holidays.
Monday 31st May 2021 to Wednesday 2nd June 2021 and then every Monday after school until the end of the school term in late July.
To sign up parents can visit https://www.ocmevents.org/learning/tune-factory-%C2%A0songwriting-focus and complete the sign-up form on behalf of the students. The project is free to attend and will be delivered online via zoom.
